DotPe does not publish a rate card. Its services page says: "The pricing of our products depends on your needs. To find out the pricing for your restaurant, please contact us." The Rista POS FAQ adds that you can sign up and use a starter licence without entering card details, then buy a subscription once you are satisfied.
Because DotPe bundles POS, QR ordering and payments, ask for three numbers in writing: the POS subscription per outlet, any fee on QR or online orders, and the payment-gateway rate (MDR) on UPI and cards.
Restrofi's price is public: ₹699 per outlet per month or ₹6,999 per outlet for the first year (₹8,388 per outlet per year from year 2) for Premium, plus GST, with no commission on any order. Payment-gateway charges, if you take online payments, are set by your own gateway account.
