Refund Policy

Short version
Start on the free plan — no charge. Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months, cancel anytime. Annual plans: full refund within 7 days of payment if you haven't substantially used the service. For any billing issue, email [email protected] — we'll fix it.
1. Free plan
You may use Restrofi on the free tier at no charge, subject to the limits shown at restrofi.com/pricing. No payment method is required for the free plan. Charges apply only when you subscribe to a paid plan and complete payment.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing period. No charges are made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel within 7 days of your annual payment and have not used the paid features substantially, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] with your account email and reason. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with: • Your registered email address • The date of the charge • The reason for the refund request We will respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Razorpay processes all payments; refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
5. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we will work to resolve genuine billing issues directly and promptly.
6. Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for: • Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service • Partial use of a subscription period • Cases where the refund request is made after the applicable window described above • Promotional or discounted pricing where a no-refund condition was explicitly stated at the time of purchase
