Meta bills WhatsApp message charges straight to your WhatsApp Business account: about ₹0.35 per order or bill update and ₹0.78 per marketing message in India. Restrofi doesn’t sell message packs or add a per-message fee.

Will my existing WhatsApp Business app stop working?

No. Coexistence keeps your app working for personal chats while Restrofi handles automated messages from the same number. Companion devices like WhatsApp Web get unlinked during connection but can be re-linked immediately after.

Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?

Meta bills message charges directly to your WhatsApp Business account — about ₹0.35 per order or bill update and ₹0.78 per marketing message in India, and replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. Add a payment method in Meta Business Settings when you connect. Restrofi doesn't sell message packs or add a per-message fee, and live usage is visible in your dashboard.

Can I turn off specific message types?

Yes. You can enable or disable each event independently — for example, keep order confirmations on but turn off rating follow-ups.

Do my customers need to opt in?

Yes. Indian law and Meta's policy both require customer consent before sending business messages. Restrofi includes opt-in collection in the order flow, and customers can reply STOP to opt out anytime.

What happens if Meta downgrades my account quality?

Restrofi monitors your quality rating and notifies you immediately. At RED status, sending pauses to protect your account; we work with you to recover the rating before resuming.
