No. Coexistence keeps your app working for personal chats while Restrofi handles automated messages from the same number. Companion devices like WhatsApp Web get unlinked during connection but can be re-linked immediately after.
Live usage is visible in your dashboard. Starter includes 1,000 messages/month, Pro 5,000, and Chain 15,000 — enough for most operators. If you regularly need more, talk to us about Enterprise pricing. We hard-cap sending well above your monthly inclusion to protect against runaway costs, so there are no surprise bills.
Yes. You can enable or disable each event independently — for example, keep order confirmations on but turn off rating follow-ups.
Yes. Indian law and Meta's policy both require customer consent before sending business messages. Restrofi includes opt-in collection in the order flow, and customers can reply STOP to opt out anytime.
Restrofi monitors your quality rating and notifies you immediately. At RED status, sending pauses to protect your account; we work with you to recover the rating before resuming.
WhatsApp messaging is bundled into the paid plans via Restrofi's sender — Starter (1,000 messages/month), Pro (5,000) and Chain (15,000) — with no separate add-on bill. Messages show as “Restrofi · your cafe” (Chain can use its own brand, coming soon). The Free plan does not include WhatsApp.
