What does the Zomato & Swiggy Integration add-on do?
It brings your Zomato and Swiggy orders into Restrofi, so they sit on the same order board as your dine-in, takeaway and QR orders. The kitchen works them from the same KOTs or kitchen display, and the sales land in the same bill book and reports. You run delivery and dine-in from one system instead of a separate tablet for each app.
How much does it cost?
₹3,599 per outlet per year, excluding GST. That works out to about ₹10 a day per outlet (rounded). It is a yearly add-on, billed once a year for each outlet you connect, on top of your Restrofi yearly plan.
Is it available on the monthly plan?
No. The Zomato & Swiggy Integration add-on is sold yearly only, and only with the Restrofi yearly plan. If you are on monthly Premium (₹699 per outlet per month), you can move to yearly billing and then add it.
Does Restrofi take a commission on Zomato or Swiggy orders?
No. Restrofi charges zero commission on any order, including the ones that come in from Zomato and Swiggy. The commission Zomato and Swiggy charge you is set by them under your agreement with each platform, and this add-on does not change it.
How do I get it switched on?
Register your outlet using the form on this page. Someone from the Restrofi team calls you to confirm your details, then sets the integration up for your outlet. It is activated on request rather than switched on from a checkout, because each outlet is connected individually.
Do I need to be an existing Restrofi customer?
Yes. The integration works inside Restrofi, so you need to be on the Restrofi yearly plan to use it. You can register now even if you are not on Restrofi yet; the team will set up your Restrofi yearly plan and the add-on together.
I have several outlets. Is the price per outlet?
Yes. It is ₹3,599 per outlet per year, so you pay for each outlet you connect. Tell us how many outlets you have in the form and the team will plan the setup with you.
Do I still need my Zomato and Swiggy partner accounts?
Yes. You keep your own listings, menus on those apps and agreements with Zomato and Swiggy. The add-on brings the orders into Restrofi; it does not replace your partner accounts or change your terms with either platform.
