It covers 1 to 5 outlets and includes every feature: QR ordering, thermal KOT and invoice printing, GST invoicing, kitchen display (KDS), 30-day analytics with CSV export, RestroAI insights, and priority support. Restaurants with 6 or more outlets use Chain at ₹9,999 per month, which covers up to 5 outlets plus ₹1,499 per additional outlet (up to 12) and adds centralised menu sync, a WhatsApp two-way inbox, and a custom payment gateway. WhatsApp messaging is an optional add-on at ₹299 per outlet per month. There are no per-order fees, no commission on sales, and no hardware to buy. Prices exclude GST.

Yes. Every new Restrofi account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full Premium plan — no credit card required. You get every feature during the trial: QR ordering, thermal printing, KDS, GST invoicing and analytics. When the trial ends your menus and data are preserved, and you subscribe at ₹699 per outlet per month to keep going.

You pay ₹699 per month for each outlet you run — one outlet costs ₹699, three outlets cost ₹2,097. Add or remove outlets anytime and the next bill adjusts automatically. You never pay for capacity you don't use.

WhatsApp messaging is an optional add-on at ₹299 per outlet per month, which includes 500 utility messages (order updates, bill notifications) per outlet. Marketing broadcasts and extra volume come from prepaid credit packs of ₹250, ₹500, or ₹1,000 — for example, ₹250 buys 1,000 utility messages or 250 marketing messages. Credits never expire, and you recharge only when you need more, like a phone top-up. Without the add-on, orders still appear live on your dashboard and kitchen display.

No. Restrofi has no free tier — every subscription is the full product at ₹699 per outlet per month. There's no lock-in, no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard, so trying Restrofi risks one month, not a contract.

No. Restrofi charges a flat per-outlet subscription for the software. There are zero per-order or per-transaction fees — ever. Customers pay at the counter using cash, your existing UPI QR, or your card machine. Restrofi never touches customer money and takes no commission on your sales.

Yes. Thermal KOT and invoice printing via Restrofi Connect and sequential GST invoicing are included in every plan — Premium and Chain alike. There is no cheaper tier that withholds them.

UPI Autopay, all major cards, and net banking. With UPI Autopay you approve the mandate once on your phone and the subscription renews automatically. Monthly and annual billing are available; annual gives you 2 months free.

Yes. Add or remove outlets, switch between Premium and Chain, or change billing cycle anytime from your Settings page. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, premium features (thermal printing, WhatsApp, analytics, KDS) are paused, but your menu and data are preserved. Resubscribe anytime to restore everything.
