Create your account
2 minGo to restrofi.in/signup and enter your name, email, and password. No credit card needed. Your account starts on the free plan immediately.
Add your restaurant profile
3 minEnter your restaurant name, address, and GSTIN. Add your logo and brand color. This information appears on all guest-facing QR menus and invoices.
Build your menu
10 minCreate categories (Starters, Mains, Beverages, Desserts), add items with names, prices, descriptions, and photos. Mark items as veg or non-veg. Set availability flags.
Add tables and generate QR codes
2 minDefine your table layout — add table names or numbers. Restrofi generates a unique QR code for each table. Download as PDF and print, or use our print-ready templates.
Open KDS on your kitchen tablet
1 minOn any Android or iOS tablet in your kitchen, open a browser and navigate to your restaurant's KDS URL. Tap 'Full Screen'. The display is now live — orders will appear here in real time.
Place a test order
1 minUse your own phone to scan one of your table QR codes. Browse your menu, add a few items to cart, and complete a test order. Watch it appear on the KDS immediately.
