Loyalty & Referrals · Premium
Your regulars, on your terms
A rewards program that belongs to you, not to an app your guests already deleted. You set the earn rate, you write the reward list, you fund it from your own margin — and the balance follows the guest across every outlet you run.
- You set the earn rate and the rewards
- Funded by you — no middleman takes a cut

Redeeming
Off the bill at checkout, or a code the counter verifies
A signed-in diner ordering from the QR menu picks a money-off reward at checkout and it comes straight off the bill. At the counter your biller finds the guest by phone number. Either way the points are reserved before the order is written, so the same balance cannot be spent twice.
- Spending points at the till needs a manager's PIN
- A claim code applies exactly once, across every till you run
- Unused claims lapse after a window you set — points come back
- Minimum bill per reward, so a big reward needs a real bill

Referrals
Pay your regulars to bring you the next table
Every diner gets a share link. When someone new orders for the first time through it, the person who referred them earns a credit worth a percentage of that first order — actual rupees off a later bill, not a badge. Run it one level deep, or let it reach up to three so the person who introduced the introducer earns a smaller slice too.
- You set the number of levels and the percentage at each
- Credit applies automatically to a later bill, oldest first
- Capped as a share of the bill — one referral can't clear a whole order
- Expires after a number of days you choose
- Cancelled or refunded order? The credit is reversed

It is your money, so it is your decision
Restrofi does not fund these rewards and does not take a share of them. Every rupee you give away comes out of your margin, which is exactly why you — not a platform — set the earn rate, the reward list, the minimum bills and the referral percentages. Turn it on when it suits the season, turn it off when it does not.
Common questions about loyalty and referrals
You do, and we say so plainly because the alternative is a nasty surprise. This is your program, funded from your margin. Restrofi does not put money in, does not take a cut of what you give away, and does not hold your guests' points hostage in somebody else's app. You decide the earn rate, you write the reward list, and you can switch it off whenever you like.
Points accrue on the bills they actually ate — you pick the rate: one point per ₹20 for a light program, one per ₹10 for a standard one, or one per ₹5 if you want to be generous. There is no minimum bill to start earning. If you run several outlets under one group it is a single shared balance, so a guest can earn at one branch and spend at another.
Two shapes, up to twelve in the list. A money-off reward takes a flat rupee amount off the bill. A free-item perk — a beverage, a dessert, a starter — is comped at the counter against the reward's name. Each reward carries its own points cost and, if you want, a minimum bill, so a 300-point dessert cannot be claimed against a ₹80 chai. Restrofi pre-fills a starter list on day one that you can edit or throw away.
Two ways, and both end at the same place. A signed-in diner ordering from the QR menu picks a money-off reward at checkout and it comes straight off the bill. At the counter, your biller looks the guest up by phone number and applies it — and spending someone's points at the till needs a manager's PIN, so a cashier cannot quietly hand out discounts. A claimed reward can also be carried as a short code that the counter verifies and applies exactly once.
It lapses and the points go back to the diner, so nobody loses out and you are not carrying a claim forever. You set the window — one day to sixty, seven by default. A claim can only be applied once: if two tills try the same code at the same moment, one succeeds and one is told it is already used.
Every diner gets their own share link. When someone new orders for the first time through it, the person who referred them earns a credit worth a percentage of that first order — spendable rupees, not points. You choose how many levels deep it runs, up to three, and the percentage at each level, so the person who introduced the introducer can earn a smaller slice too. Credits expire after a number of days you set, and they come off a later bill automatically, capped at a share of that bill so one referral cannot wipe out a whole order. Cancel or refund the order and the credit is reversed.
The loyalty page shows rewards given, claims still pending, and claims that lapsed and were refunded back to points. Individual diner balances and referral counts sit on each customer's profile alongside the rest of their history.
Loyalty and referrals are included in Premium (₹699 per outlet per month) and in the Chain plan. There is no separate add-on and no per-reward fee.
